GROUP VII- SATFF MEETING CALLED AT CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS

BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS-Lt Col Sean Crandall, Commander-Group VII, has called a meeting of Squadron Commanders, Staff and selected Cadets for Corpus Christi, Texas.  Initially set to be earlier but o make it a little easier for transportation, the meeting start time has been moved to10am.  The location of the meeting will be at the Corpus Christi Terminal building in the Green Room. We will start once everyone arrives.

TO ALL GROUP VII MEMBERS:

Welcome to the New Group VII of the Texas Wing Civil Air Patrol!  We will be having our first staff meeting in person with all the Squadron Commanders and your unit’s staff on June 11, 2011 in Corpus Christi, Texas.  The meeting will be from 8am-11:45am, on Saturday. The staff meeting will be to establish our goals for the newly formed group and assist units with any needs which you may have.  I wanted to give you some time to get this on your calendars. Each Squadron Commander please have your Cadet Advisor Council (CAC) representative with you at the meeting, along with any other cadets who wish to attend.  Please respond in an email back to me that you will be attending and how many you will be bringing.  If you have any concerns which you would like to take care of at the meeting, please include them in your email.  I’m working on getting the group staff together and will be contacting some of you shortly.  Lt. Col. Barfoot is working on a location for our meeting and I will send out an email once we have the location.
