1500L hrs: Opening Ceremony with Colors Guard

1510L hrs: Review of CAMPOUT and upcoming activities

1) Group VII staff meeting in Corpus Christi, Texas.  Major Carrales, 1st Lt Hoelscher, C/1st Lt Spencer, C/SSgt Jimenez and C/A1C Stillwagon requested to attend.  Numerous issues will be covered including new Command Structure of Group VII and Cadet Advistory Council.  Major Carrales will pick up cadets who will wear blues at their homes starting at 0655L hrs.  Cadets will need money for one meal, lunch.  Must be on the road for Corpus Christi no later than 0715L hrs.  Expected return 1400L hrs.

2) Discuss trip to Brownsville Composite Squadron Meeting.  Will take place 14 June 2011.  12 Cadets can go if the van is available.  Cadets will meet at 1500L hrs (regular meeting time) Kingsville meeting will be only 1 hrs.  Cadets who attend trip will leave at 1600 hrs, 10 dollars will be needed and each cadet will provide three of those dollars for gas, the rest is for dinner.  Since the meeting will end in Brownsville at 2100 hrs, return is expected to be late during the 2300 hour depending on how long it takes to drop off cadets.  CAP UNIFORM is MANDATORY.

1530L hrs- Create phone list.

1540L hrs: CAMP OUT practice.  Cadets will harvest six more camp poles from the treeline and set up two tarps, tables and cook areas.  One detail will assemble the guidon tower.

1600L hrs:  Practice moving camp to closer to MMS building and short cooking activity.

1700L hrs: DISMISS
