Corpus Christi Composite Squadron Takes 1st Place at Buc Days Parade

Corpus Christi, Texas- One of the most visible activities in South Texas is the annual Buc Days Parade that takes place in Corpus Christi, Texas.  The parade runs through downtown Corpus Christi and has an incredible amount of floats as organizations from across South Texas join to let the world know they support the idea of a Greater South Texas.

Buccaneer Days is done in conjunction with a carnival, a rodeo and, of course, the Illuminated Light Parade.

Cadets and Seniors from the Corpus Christi Composite Squadron participated in the Illuminated Light Parade on 5 May 2012.

The Corpus Christi Comp Squadron Cadet parade element marshals in the staging Area before the parade.

The Corpus Christi Composite Squadron made a good showing and even placed 1st in the Marching Units category.  Good JOB TX-026.
