1605L Hrs: Opening Ceremonies

Safety: Total review of Tree Line and Hydration issues.
DISCUSS NEW FLIGHT ASSIGNMENTS as per the BLOG

Upcoming Events:

1) Next Tuesday's Trip to Corpus Christi.  10 cadets (van safe limit) will be chosen to attend.  This is the final joint practice exercise between the COASTAL BEND CADET SQD and the CORPUS CHRISTI COMP SQD before BUC DAYS.  Major Carrales will get the van on Monday and position it for the activities of WEEK IV.

Notes: Any cadet whose parents/guardians can take them are encouraged to meet the unit at the event to save a seat for another cadet in the van who cannot attend because of lack of transportation.  Cadets not able to attend due to conflicts should report this early to Major Carrales to insure their place is given to another cadet who can attend.

2) BUC DAYS ILLUMINATED NIGHT PARADE- 30 April 2011  EXAMINE DETAILS of activity from blog.

3) DISCUSS  Camp Out and Airport Fly-in at Bishop Municipal Airport on 4 June 2011. (Still in Planning Stages, this will be a limited activity for selected cadets as training...a second such activity will expand the scope to others.  Cadets will be selected to attend as training for future exercises,)

1630L Hrs:  FIELD ACTIVITY DEPLOYMENT BREAK OUT SESSIONS

1 Detail of at least 4 cadets will be needed to erect a 20 ft tower and a second detail of at least 4 cadets to erect a tarp near the tower.
